Release Notes - September 2026

Here's everything that changed in Metronome Software this month. This release focused on a platform-wide design refresh and consistency improvements — rebuilding core components and polishing the experience across Metrics, Priorities, KFFM, and more.

 Daily Dashboard

The Daily Dashboard gives teams a single, at-a-glance view to run their daily huddle — covering company priorities, metrics, meetings, and action items. This month's updates make the experience faster, more reliable, and consistent with the rest of the new-look platform.

  • New questions added in a meeting now appear on the Daily Dashboard instantly, without requiring a page refresh.
  • Fixed: Meeting questions now display correctly on the dashboard regardless of how the Questions Modal filter settings are configured — including when the default "Filtered by Attendees" setting has been changed.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where copy and paste of text within a meeting was not working correctly has been resolved.

KFFM

The Key Function Flow Map helps leaders see which functions are key to how the business earns, and run it more efficiently. This release improves the reliability of the function management experience across all screen sizes.

  • Fixed: A temporary issue where long function and scorecard names were breaking the Function modal layout has been resolved.

Team Members

The Team Members page is where teams manage their people, roles, and access. This release improves the accuracy and completeness of team information in the new-look experience.

  • Fixed: A temporary issue where the Last Active field was not displaying is now corrected.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where disabled members could not be re-enabled has been resolved.

Metrics

This release improves permission accuracy across metric workflows, ensuring the right people have the right level of access to company-level data.

  • Team member permissions have been updated so that only the correct roles can create company-level metrics, keeping metric ownership accurate and consistent.

Quarterly Priorities

Quarterly Priorities help teams navigate, edit, and review their quarterly work. This release makes priority tracking and reporting more reliable across all roles.

  • Assistant users can now mark sub-priorities as reviewed, giving more flexibility in how teams manage their quarterly work.
  • The Priorities CSV export now shows the correct Target Pace value for rollup priorities, making reporting more accurate.

Annual Priorities

Annual Priorities give leaders a consistent way to define and track company-wide outcomes. This release improves the accuracy of what is displayed on the page.

  • Fixed: A temporary issue where a star icon was appearing on non-company quarterly priorities in Annual Priorities has been resolved.

Cross-Platform Enhancements

This release continues a platform-wide design system refresh, rebuilding core components for greater consistency, reliability, and a more uniform experience across pages and devices.

  • Core platform components including forms, checkboxes, avatars, and modals have been rebuilt for greater consistency and reliability across the platform, reducing visual duplication and improving dependability.
  • Input validation is now standardized across Metrics, Annual Priorities, Quarterly Priorities, and KFFM, making form interactions more predictable.
  • UI consistency improvements have been applied across Quarterly Priorities, Meetings, Scorecards, KFFM, and Function Chart, including a more accessible print experience for KFFM.
  • Title inputs are now consistent across Metrics, Annual Priorities, and Quarterly Priorities for a more uniform editing experience.
