Metronome is the leading cloud-based business platform designed for CEOs, leaders, and business coaches. This guide will walk you through setting up a new company, so you can hit the ground running with your team! ### Step 1: Set Up Your Account Preferences - Your Account Page is your first stop where you can personalize your company experience. Set your email preferences, change/update your passwords, upload your profile image, and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). \[[Watch the video here](https://metronome.help/how-to-set-up-my-account-preferences-instructional-video?hsLang=en)\]. ### Step 2: Configure Your Company Settings - As an Admin, you can add your company logo and customize the modules on the left-hand menu for your team. We recommend starting with these modules turned off: Rolling Metrics, KFFM, Swimlanes, Action Items, and Reviews. It provides you with clarity over your organizational chart and helps to build accountability within your team. You don't have to build out your whole company here, you can get started with just the Senior Leadership Team. \[[Team View here](https://metronome.help/how-to-set-up-the-team-view?hsLang=en)\] - Anytime you add a function in your Team View, it will automatically create a Scorecard for that function. After setting up the Team View, head over to your Scorecards where you can define what that function is accountable to. \[[Scorecards here](https://metronome.help/how-to-create-a-scorecard?hsLang=en)\]  ### Step 4: Create Your Company Metrics - Even if you have just one metric, let’s get it in! By setting your target for the quarter, Metronome will automatically calculate the pace you need to be hitting. \[[Watch the video here](https://metronome.help/how-to-create-a-metric-instructional-video?hsLang=en)\]. ### Step 5: Define Your Annual Priorities - Input the Annual Priorities for your company! These are the priorities that will guide all the actions you take in your current or future fiscal year. \[[Watch the video here](https://metronome.help/how-to-add-an-annual-priority?hsLang=en)\]. ### Step 6: Establish Your Company Quarterly Priorities - Add your quarterly priorities and use Metronome to facilitate mapping out every week of the quarter so you can clearly track your progress. They drive clearer accountability and more effective communication across your Team.
