How to use the Advanced Search?

Metrics and Quarterly Priorities can be searched using the Advanced Search function.

Use this function to further define what you would like to view by using filters. This is helpful to view total number of Metrics and Quarterly Priorities with detail on: status complete, in-progress, by status colour, what is due in the next number of days and by tags.

To the right of the search bar, is the Advanced Search drop-down arrow located on the Metrics and Priorities page. 

When expanded, the Advanced Search includes a number of filters to choose from. Refine the list by using the drop-down arrow in the filter(s). To minimize, click the arrow up.

Helpful tip: Use the Advanced Search and select the Tags Filter. 

When the tag is selected, the filter will only list those metrics or priorities with that tag. This list is helpful to view when using tags in meetings to customize the Meeting Agenda.
