How do I add Two Factor Authentication?

Enhance your account security by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA, you'll need a secure code from an authenticator app in addition to your password when logging into Metronome Software.

Important: Save Your Recovery Code 

• When you set up 2FA, you'll receive a recovery code. Keep this code in a safe place. You'll need it if you ever change phones or need to reset 2FA. 

Steps to Set Up 2FA: 

1. Go to your account settings by clicking the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner.

2. Select "Account Details" from the menu.

3. In the "Account Details" page, click on the "Two-Factor Authentication" tab.

4. Follow the prompts to set up 2FA and remember to SAVE THE RECOVERY CODE. 

What if I Can't Reset 2FA? 

• If you're unable to reset 2FA yourself, a user with Admin or Assistant permissions can remove it for you from the Team Members page. Please see steps here.
