How to remove 2FA

On the Team Members page you can see all the users who have 2FA turned on, please see the 2FA icon next to when they last were last active in the software.

Please note, only Assistant and Admin permission levels have access to the Team Member page.

Assistant and Admin Permission Levels can remove 2FA for a user by selecting the 3 dots to the far right of the user name, and from the drop-down menu, select 'Remove Two-Factor Authentication'.
