Why isn't a team member showing up in my Meeting?

You've added a new team member to a meeting and they do not have a meeting bubble to fill-in for the Question type Agenda Item?

The reason the attendee does not have a meeting bubble is because there is a filter applied to the Agenda Item.

Go to the Agenda Item where there is no meeting bubble for the attendee and click the pencil to the right.

From the pop-up window, you will see the 'Team Member Filter' and the selected attendees to get a meeting bubble. The Team Members Filter should only be used if you do not want all attendees to get a meeting bubble. For example, you only want 2 of 5 meeting attendees to answer a specific question, this would be when you would use the filter.

To remove the filter so all attendees have a meeting bubble, deselect the team members from the filter. You will want the filter set to 'No team member selected' for the agenda item.

All attendees in a Meeting will have a meeting bubble by default. It is not necessary to use the Team Member Filter in the agenda item.
