Why isn't a team member showing up in my Meeting?
If a newly added attendee does not have a meeting bubble for a Question-type Agenda Item, it is likely due to a filter applied to the Agenda Item.
How to Adjust the Team Member Filter:
- Navigate to the Agenda Item where the attendee is missing a meeting bubble.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the item.
- In the pop-up window, locate the Team Member Filter setting.
- If specific team members are selected, only they will receive meeting bubbles. To ensure all attendees have a meeting bubble, deselect all team members so the filter is set to "No team member selected."
- Click Save to apply the changes.
By default, all meeting attendees receive a meeting bubble. The Team Member Filter should only be used when you want to limit responses to specific attendees.
