Why isn't a team member showing up in my Meeting?
Troubleshooting missing meeting bubbles in Metronome meetings. Learn how to adjust the Team Member Filter to ensure all attendees can participate in Question-type Agenda Items.
If a newly added attendee does not have a meeting bubble for a Question-type Agenda Item, it's likely due to a Team Member Filter applied to that Agenda Item.
How to Adjust the Team Member Filter:
- Find the Agenda Item where the attendee is missing a meeting bubble.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the item.
- In the pop-up window, locate the Team Member Filter setting.
- If specific team members are selected, only they will receive meeting bubbles. To allow all attendees to participate, deselect all team members so the filter is set to "No team member selected."
- Click Save to apply the changes.
By default, all attendees receive a meeting bubble. The Team Member Filter should only be used when limiting responses to specific attendees.
