How do I use the Daily Dashboard?

The Daily Dashboard is your morning scoreboard to stay organized and ready for every day.

Your Daily Dashboard is the central hub to manage your responsibilities and prepare for meetings with focus and efficiency. It’s designed to give you a clear overview of what you’re accountable for—so you always show up to meetings prepared.

What You'll Find on the Daily Dashboard

By default, on the right side of the Daily Dashboard, you’ll find your Status Card—a personal summary of your responsibilities.

The Status Card is organized into four tabs:

a. Action Items – Tasks assigned to you.
b. Meetings – All meetings you are scheduled to attend
c. Metrics – Performance metrics you own or contribute to
d. Priorities – Your individual or team-wide quarterly priorities

Step-by-Step: Preparing for an Upcoming Meeting

Review Your Meeting Schedule

By default, the Meetings tab shows your meetings for today.

a. Use the calendar icon to view either past meetings or those scheduled in the future
b. Click on any upcoming meeting (e.g. tomorrow’s Huddle) if you want to prepare in advance
c. Select the arrow icon next to the meeting name to jump directly into that meeting

Once opened, your prep notes and status updates will carry over into the meeting automatically—so your updates are visible to your team.

Update Your Action Items, Metrics, and Priorities

From the Status Card tabs:

a. Action Items Tab – Review any outstanding or overdue items

  • Mark items complete directly from the list

  • Click the item title to view or add more detail

b. Metrics Tab – View and update your assigned metrics

  • Enter actual values directly from the dashboard

  • Click on the metric name to open its full details page

c. Priorities Tab – Track progress on your quarterly priorities

  • Mark your progress by updating your priority based on how it's measured

  • Click on the priority to open its full details and add status notes

Why Prepare Daily?

By reviewing and updating from your Daily Dashboard:

  • You enter meetings already prepared, with up-to-date information

  • Your team can focus on discussion, problem-solving, and decision-making

  • You reinforce accountability and keep everyone aligned

Tip: If you have recurring meetings like Daily Huddles, use the end of your day to prep for tomorrow’s meeting by checking off items and updating metrics in advance.

The Daily Dashboard makes it simple to manage your day, keep your updates current, and show up ready to contribute. No need to switch pages or dig through multiple tabs—everything you need is in one place.
