What do the Review Flags on Quarterly Priorities mean?
Stay on Track with Timely Priority Updates
Review Flags serve as a visual reminder to help users in Metronome identify when a Priority has not been updated and requires attention to keep things moving.
When Do Review Flags Appear?
- A Review Flag is triggered when the Actual progress of a Priority or Sub-Priority has not been updated in 7 days.
- The flag is only displayed between the start and due date of the priority.
How to Clear a Review Flag
There are two ways you can remove a Review Flag:
- If there have progress changes within your Priority, you can update the progress for the Actual value.
- Update the Priority or Sub-Priority by clicking Mark as Reviewed
- Select the Priority or Sub-Priority you would like to update, it will highlight in green.
- Navigate to the details window at the top-right of the page, and locate the area which shows the date a Priority was Last Updated.
- Click Mark as Reviewed. If you've made this change to a Sub-Priority, it will automatically remove the flag from the associated Quarterly Priority.
