# Video - Create Meeting Templates
## Using the Metronome Kickoff Meeting Template, you can easily set up and customize a kickoff meeting to suit your coaching style.
#### Step 1: Start a New Meeting
1. **Navigate to Meetings**
From the left-hand panel in your Metronome account, click on **Meetings**. For a new client and company, this section will appear as a blank canvas.
2. **Add a Meeting Template**
- Click **Add Meeting** in the middle of the page, or use the **Add Meeting** button in the upper-right corner.
- Select **Copy settings and agenda items from**, then choose the **Metronome Kickoff Template** from the dropdown menu.
3. **Customize Meeting Details**
- Update the meeting title (e.g., change "Metronome Kickoff" to "Kickoff" if preferred).
- Choose **Non-Recurring** if this is a one-time meeting.
- Set the meeting date, e.g., January 28.
- Add attendees by selecting them from the **Teams** dropdown menu.
- For the location, paste the Zoom link or other relevant meeting details.
- Click **Add Meeting** in the bottom-right corner to save.

#### Step 2: Customize the Agenda
1. **Review the Preloaded Agenda**
The agenda will automatically populate based on the selected template. You can customize it as needed:
- To **remove an item**, click the **X** next to it.
- To **edit an item**, click the **pencil** icon.
2. **Edit a Sample Agenda Item**
For example, if there’s an agenda item labeled **Good News**:
- Click the pencil icon to edit.
- Adjust the **Team Member Filter** to include only non-coach team members by selecting **Non-Coach Team Members** from the dropdown menu.
- Modify the text, e.g., changing the title to "Professional Good News."
- Click **Save** to apply changes.
3. **Add New Agenda Items**
Click **Add Agenda Item** and select the type of agenda item from the dropdown menu. Metronome offers various options to match your needs.

#### Step 3: Attach Resources for the Meeting
1. **Add Links to Notes**
Paste relevant links, such as a Mural collaboration link, into the **Notes** section.
2. **Upload Documents**
Add documents, like a PDF from SurveyMonkey, by uploading them under the **Documents** section.

#### Step 4: Send the Meeting Invitation
1. **Save to Calendar**
- Go to **More** in the upper-right corner and select **Save to Calendar**.
- Open the downloaded ICS file and send the invite directly from your calendar.

By following these steps, you’ll have a fully customized kickoff meeting ready to engage your new clients. This ensures team members can prepare in advance by reviewing agenda items, accessing resources, and entering any required information.
