What is Lee?

Lee is your smart, built-in support tool in Metronome, powered by AI. Available 24/7, it’s located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and is always ready to help—no waiting required!

Whether you have questions, need guidance, or want quick access to resources, the AI Support Agent is here to make your experience smoother.

What Can Lee Help With?

Lee is designed to support you across many areas of Metronome. It can:

  • ✅ Answer questions about core features (e.g., Metrics, Dashboards, Meeting Tools)

  • ✅ Walk you through setup and configuration tasks

  • ✅ Link you to helpful Help Center articles, blog posts, and video tutorials

  • ✅ Explain important terms and strategic planning concepts

  • ✅ Troubleshoot common issues like login or navigation problems

  • ✅ Escalate your question to the Metronome support team when needed

What Are the Benefits?

How Do I Access Lee?

  1. While logged into Metronome, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. Type your question into the chat box.

  3. Lee will respond instantly with the most relevant information.

What If My Question Isn’t Fully Resolved?

No problem! If Lee can’t completely answer your question, you’ll have the option to connect with a member of our support team. You can do this by choosing the option to Transfer.

When you choose this:

  • Your chat history will be forwarded to the support team.

  • A team member will follow up with you via email within 1 business day.

This ensures continuity—so you don’t have to repeat yourself.

What Can’t Lee Do?

While Lee is a powerful tool for guidance and support, there are some important limitations to be aware of:

  • It cannot perform actions on your behalf.
    Lee can't create, edit, or delete items like Metrics, Priorities, or Action Items within the Metronome platform. You’ll need to take those actions manually.

  • It does not have control over your account or data.
    Lee can explain the when, why, and how, but it can't interact with or change anything in your account directly.

  • It’s not connected to the broader internet.
    Lee is trained specifically to help with Metronome and isn't designed to answer general knowledge questions or perform web searches.

    For example, it won’t be able to tell you the weather, summarize current events, or provide unrelated business advice.

How We Handle Your Data

When you interact with Lee, your questions and conversation data are processed securely through HubSpot’s Customer Agent tool. Your information is used only to provide you with helpful responses and improve the AI experience. HubSpot protects your data under strict privacy and security standards, following their Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which outlines how data is collected, stored, and safeguarded. Your information will not be shared, sold, or used for any purposes outside of delivering and improving support services.
