How do I set privacy settings on Metrics and Quarterly Priorities?

By default, all Metrics and Quarterly Priorities in Metronome are public to your team members.

If there's a Metric you wish to make private for you or multiple team members, click on the metric (it will highlight green). Next in Properties tab click the Privacy setting.

You can then choose the team members individually or by teams that you would like to have access to this metric.

With Privacy set, the Metric or Priority will now only be visible to the chosen Team Members.

Privacy can be set to Quarterly Priorities the same as Metrics. You can make private to you or multiple team members.

Please note: When Metrics and Quarterly Priorities have privacy settings added, please know they will only pull into meetings where the meeting attendee list matches the privacy list. If it does not, it will not pull into the meeting.

Please note: if you are the one creating the privacy list, be sure to add yourself first. If you do not add yourself, you will no longer be able to see the metric or quaterly priority once saved. You will then need to be added to the list by someone who is on the list.
