What do the Review Flags on Metrics mean?

Review Flags on Metrics will become visible if the Metric or it's child's Metric have not been updated in 7 days past the set Frequency.

For example:

  • Metric Frequency is set to Weekly and the actuals have not been updated in 7 days, the Review Flag will come on.

 

  • Metric Frequency is set to Monthly and you are 7 days into a new month with no actuals being updated, the Review Flag will come on. 

 

To clear the Review Flag, you will need to either update the Metric actual or click on the Mark As Reviewed in the Metric.

If the Metric is set up with child metrics, you will need to drill-down the cascading metric to see what child metric triggered the Review Flag for the parent metric.

Once the Cascading Metric is fully expanded, next navigate to the child metric at the bottom with the Review Flag and click on it (it will highlight green).

Next, go to the properties on the right where you can update the metrics actuals. If there is no change in the metrics actuals, click on Mark As Reviewed and this will turn the Review Flag off.
