Release Notes - August 2026

Here's everything that changed in Metronome Software this month. This release focused on expanding the new-look experience across key pages — bringing the Daily Dashboard, Scorecards, Company Settings, and more into the modernized platform alongside targeted fixes for Metrics and Quarterly Priorities.

 Daily Dashboard

A faster, mobile-friendly daily operating view, now live in the new-look experience.

  • The Daily Dashboard is now available in the new-look experience, giving teams a single view to run their daily huddle — covering company priorities, metrics, meetings, and action items.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where the Status Card was scrolling to the bottom and offsetting on page-down keypress has been resolved.

KFFM

The Key Function Flow Map is now in the new-look experience for all customers.

  • KFFM is now fully live in the new-look experience, giving every customer a faster, more consistent way to map key functions and see how the business earns.

Scorecards

A more reliable and consistent scorecard experience, now in the new-look platform.

  • Scorecards are now in the new-look experience, with tightened edit permissions on core values and a more dependable view of accountabilities, competencies, and linked metrics.

Metrics

More accurate metric data and improved usability across browsers.

  • The Metrics CSV export now displays user-friendly values for easier reading and sharing.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where Show Previous Interval was not working correctly across quarter boundaries has been resolved.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where parameter operators in metric ranges were pointing in inconsistent directions has been resolved.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where the Mark as Reviewed button was not appearing in Safari has been resolved.

Quarterly Priorities

More reliable priority data across accounts.

  • Fixed: A temporary issue where Quarterly Priorities were missing or had vanished from certain accounts has been resolved.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue causing a post-release regression in Quarterly Priorities has been resolved.

Company Priorities

Company administration now in the new-look experience.

  • Company Settings — including overview, permissions, summary email, and status updates — is now in the new-look platform, bringing company administration in line with the rest of the modernised experience.

Team Members and Function Chart

Team and access management now in the new-look experience.

  • The Team Members and Function Chart pages have been refreshed, providing a modern and consistent way to manage people, roles, and access.

Account Details

Profile management now in the new-look experience.

  • Account Details — covering profile settings, two-factor authentication, email integration, password, and avatar — is now in the new-look platform, making profile management more reliable and mobile-friendly.

Cross-Platform Enhancements

A more consistent experience across browsers and devices.

  • A loading spinner now appears on new-look pages while content is loading, giving clearer feedback during navigation.
  • The "Reviews" navigation item has been renamed to "Coaching Reviews" for clarity.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where images could not be uploaded on certain accounts has been resolved.
  • Fixed: A temporary issue where modals for adding Metrics or Quarterly Priorities were not displaying correctly for members with multiple scorecards has been resolved.
