This was a BIG month. Our April release is packed with powerful updates — including a brand-new module built to support you and your team.

Function Chart

We're thrilled to announce a BRAND NEW page in Metronome. The Function Chart helps provide you with clarity on who owns the most important functions in your business. Read our Help Article to find out how you can use this with your business!

Private Metrics on the Key Function Flow Map (KFFM)

Private metrics are now supported on the KFFM! This is designed to give you more flexibility over the numbers you bring into this page!

Quarterly Priorities in Meetings

By default, Quarterly Priorities will now appear collapsed in meetings, so you can focus on the discussion and expand as needed.

Updated Checklist Agenda Item

Checklist agenda items now show the actual day they were created, not the meeting date—keeping your records more accurate.

Action Items Horizontal Scroll Bar

The horizontal scroll bar is now always visible on the Action Items page, making it easier to view wide content at a glance.

Consistent Date Formatting

Date formatting for Action Items and the Meeting override window have been updated to be consistent with other areas.

Other Improvements on Metronome

Fixed an issue where the due date filter did not work in the Action Item Search agenda item.

💡 Did you know? 💡

Sharing your screen in a meeting or webinar? Use Presentation Mode to make sure no private info shows up by accident.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you start Presentation Mode from any page except Meetings, only public data will be shown—great for clean demos or training sessions.
  • If you start Presentation Mode from the Meetings page, it syncs with the meeting attendees. That means private metrics and priorities will still be visible if they’re shared with those in the meeting—perfect for keeping the conversation transparent with the right audience.

Bonus: When enabled, Presentation Mode also hides the My Companies section, Coach Notes, and Coach Plan—so you’re only showing what’s needed.

To turn it on:

  • Click the dropdown by your name (or use the “More” menu in Meetings), then select Presentation Mode.
