Which Modules should I be using in my Company?
When a company is new in the software, it's recommended to initially start the company with the following modules turned off - Rolling Metrics, KFFM, Swimlanes, Action Items and Reviews. The modules can be turned back on at a later date when team members are ready to use.
You can also enable and disable different modules for a given permission level.
To control module access, use one of the three levels: Everyone, Admin or Assistant & Admin. One you have updated the module permission level, be sure to click Save in the bottom right to Save updates.
To set Permission Level for users in the software, go to the Team Members Page (image: red box 1) and click on the Team Member drop down arrow (image: red box 2) to the right of the name.
The pop-up box will have 3 Permission Levels: Team Member, Assistant, Admin (image: red box 3). To view what each Permission Level has access to in the software, click Permissions button (image: red box 4) in the top right corner.
