How do I cancel my coach subscription
If you are no longer using Metronome Software, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps.
- Access the Subscription Page
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Subscription page located at the bottom of the left-side panel. If you have access to multiple companies, ensure you are on the profile for your coaching account.
- Unlink All Companies
- On the "Payment Plan" tab, ensure that all companies are unlinked from your coach subscription. To do this, click the "Unlink" button next to each company.
- When a company is unlinked, you will be prompted to add a person with Admin-level permissions. This person will receive a notification that they have 7 days to input their billing information through their Subscription page to pay Metronome Software directly. Rest assured, no information will be lost during this transition.
- Cancel Your Subscription
- Once all companies are unlinked, scroll to the "Coach Membership" section and click "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
