If I am no longer working with a company, how do I stop being billed for their users?

If you need to stop covering the subscription cost for a company on your account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription Page in your account settings.

  2. Open the Payment Plan tab.

  3. Locate the company's name and select the Unlink icon next to it to remove the company from your account.

Important:

  • The company's data will not be lost.

  • Once unlinked, the company will have 7 days to update their billing information on their own Subscription Page. During this time, they can set up direct payment with Metronome Growth Systems (MGS).
