Where is the Chatbot and How to use?
The Chatbot is found in the bottom right corner of all the pages in the software?
When you click on the Chatbot, it will expand and ask - What do you need help with today?
Type a simple message using key words for your question and enter by clicking the send icon.
The chatbot will search the Help Articles to answer your question. Open and read any related Help Articles to see if your question can be quickly resolved.
If you don't get your question answered, type different key words for another search. After the second attempt if your question is not answered, you can submit a support ticket through the chatbot chat to get further support. Add a screenshot by clicking on the paper clip to upload an image to help with your question. Adding a picture is worth 1000 words!
Once you submit your question through the chatbot, you will get this message confirming we received your ticket. We respond back to you direct, via email.
