Manage your coach account and clients through your coach Subscription page
Coach Managed Membership
Metronome software allows for flexible changes to your subscription based on the evolving needs of your client base. These changes to your Subscription can be done at any time.
When a change has been made, the system will prorate what has been used and make the necessary adjustments to your bill. If users go down to the next bundle, the credit will be applied on the next invoice date.
Coach Membership Pricing
From the Subscription page, go to "Coach Membership Pricing" tab for coach membership pricing details.
Coach Membership Lets You:
- Link some or all of your companies subscriptions under one payment plan.
- Show your coaching company logo in the top navigation bar for all linked companies.
- Coach users will not count toward the user limit.
Payment Plan
To view and manage your Subscription, go to your coaching company and select Subscription. From the Payment Plan tab you can manage the following:
The details of your current plan will show at the top.
Are You a New Coach? Be sure to add your billing information under the Billing tab. If you haven't, you will not have the option to choose a Coach Plan. You will have following message on the Payment Plan tab to update to enable membership selection. Once you've updated your Billing details, you will beable to add a plan in the same area from a drop-down menu.
View Coach Memberships
By selecting the drop-down arrow next to "Select Coach Membership", you will be given the choice of all available memberships based on the number of enabled users. Select the plan that best suits your current needs.
Current Coach Membership: be sure you have enough Users in your plan when adding a new company or increasing a company's user number. If you do not have enough users, you cannot enable the Team Members in the company.
Linked Companies
The Linked Companies section, from the Payment Plan tab, displays linked company details in a chart view:
- Company Name
- Coach User Count: number of coach users in the company (note coach users are free users in a company)
- Paid User Count: number of enabled users in the company
- Paid User Limit: is the maximum number of seats that a coach has assigned to a specific company. If the company requires additional seats beyond this limit, they will need to communicate with the coach to request an increase in seat limit. This process ensures the coach subscription plan is allocated appropriately and that companies are using the alloted seats as agreed upon.
Detailed User List: When you hover over the relevant number, click on the number to get a detailed user list for that specific company.
Member List:
From the Payment Plan tab, when you select Team Members “x/x enabled”, you will get a Member List.
Member List includes member Emails, Names and the Companies they have access to.
Please note, a member will count as 1 user when they use the same email address.
Unlink a Company (Remove a Company)
You can remove a company from your Subscription by clicking on the "Unlink" button next to the company details. You will need to "Confirm" Unlink Subscription from the pop-up window. Once Unlinked, the company will be reset to 7 day trial period so they can update their billing information and add a billing email. The company will update their billing information from their Subscription page under the Billing tab once unlinked.
Link a Company
To link a company to your subscription, you will need to be first added as a coach in the company on the "Team Members" page. Once you've been added, go to their company’s Subscription page and select the green button "LINK".
You will now see the company on your Subscription page under Linked Companies. The team members for that company are now included in the Team Members enabled for your Payment Plan.
Move Between Companies
On the My Companies page, you’ll see a subscription status for each company listed which tells you if the subscription is active, and if it is linked to a coach subscription.
- When linked to a coach subscription, the company will show a small link icon next to the subscription status Active.
- If you have access to the account, however the company is paying their own subscription, there will be no link icon next to the subscription status Active.
- When you unlink a company from your coach subscription, the subscription status will change from Active to Trialing. The trial gives the company 7 days to enter their own billing information.
Update Billing Information
To enter Payment Details: go to your Subscription Page for your coach account, and select the Billing tab to enter your Payment Details and select Save.
To change your Billing Email address: enter the new billing email address then select 'Change Billing Email' button and select Save.
To remove a company from your My Companies page
Go to your My Companies Page, navigate to the company you would like to delete, it will not have a link icon. To remove, select the 3 dots in the company (right corner), and select Disable Access. The company will be removed from your page.
