Managing Your Coach Account and Clients Through the Subscription Page

Coach Managed Membership

Metronome software offers flexible subscription management to meet the evolving needs of your client base. You can adjust your subscription at any time, and changes are reflected in real-time.

  • When adjustments are made, the system will prorate usage and apply necessary billing adjustments.

  • If you reduce users and move to a lower bundle, the credit will appear on your next invoice.

Coach Membership Pricing

To view detailed pricing, go to the Coach Membership Pricing tab on the Subscription page.

Coach Membership Benefits Include:

  1. Linking some or all of your companies’ subscriptions under a single payment plan.

  2. Displaying your coaching company logo in the top navigation bar for all linked companies.

  3. Free coach user accounts that do not count toward user limits.

Payment Plan Management

To manage your subscription:

  1. Navigate to your coaching company and select Subscription.

  2. Open the Payment Plan tab, where you can:

    • View the details of your current plan at the top of the page.

For New Coaches:

  • Ensure you add your billing information under the Billing tab. Without it, you cannot select a Coach Plan and will see a prompt to update your billing details. Once updated, you can select a plan from the drop-down menu.

Selecting a Membership Plan:

  • Use the drop-down menu next to Select Coach Membership to view all available plans based on the number of enabled users. Choose the plan that fits your needs.

Important:

  • Verify that your current plan supports the number of users you need before adding new companies or increasing a company's user count. Insufficient users in your plan will prevent enabling new team members.

 

Linked Companies

The Linked Companies section in the Payment Plan tab provides an overview of linked companies in a chart format, displaying:

  1. Company Name

  2. Coach User Count: Number of coach users in the company (coach users are free).

  3. Paid User Count: Number of enabled users in the company.

  4. Paid User Limit: The maximum seats assigned to a specific company. If additional seats are needed, the company must request an increase from the coach.

Detailed User List: Hover over and click a user count number to view the detailed user list for that company.

Member List:

  • Access this from the Payment Plan tab by selecting Team Members “x/x enabled”.

  • The Member List includes member emails, names, and the companies they can access.

  • Note: A member counts as one user, even if they access multiple companies using the same email.

Moving Between Companies

On the My Companies page, you can view the subscription status for each company:

  1. Active & Linked to Coach Subscription: A small link icon appears next to the subscription status.

  2. Active & Self-Paying Company: No link icon appears next to the subscription status.

  3. Unlinked Companies: When a company is unlinked, the status changes to Trialing, giving the company 7 days to enter their own billing information.

Updating Billing Information

To manage payment details:

  1. Go to the Subscription page of your coach account.

  2. In the Billing tab:

    • Enter or update your payment details and click Save.

    • To change the billing email address, enter the new email and select Change Billing Email, then click Save.
