How do I assign a status color to a Function on the KFFM?

To assign a color for how a function is performing on the KFFM, the owner of the function will need to update the function from the KFFM. Please note, the function status colour is not a roll-up average of the Scorecard metrics status colour.

To assign status color for the function, select Edit in top right corner.

Next, select the function and click on the Pencil to edit the Function. From the pop-up window, select the drop-down arrow next to Status.

Select the Status colour and Save.

• Make sure that when you are editing the KFFM, you are the ONLY team member editing this document.
• This is a live page and any updates done while multiple team members are editing will revert to the changes made to the last team member that saves their progress.
• We suggest making sure this document is only edited by Admins, and done at specific times to make sure multiple members are not editing at the same time.
