How To Cancel Your Coach Subscription

If you are no longer using Metronome software with your clients, you are able to cancel your subscription.

First, select Subscription on the left side panel (you will find at the very bottom). On the 'Payment Plan' tab, be sure all companies are unlinked from your coach subscription by clicking the Unlink button.

When a company is 'Unlinked', it will ask to add a person with Admin permission level to be notified that they will have 7 days to input their billing information through their Subscription page to pay Metronome Software direct. No information will be lost in this transition.

Once the companies are unlinked, next scroll to the Coach Membership section and click, 'Cancel Subscription'. Your subscription will cancel at the end of billing date.
