How to add your 12 quarters in Swimlanes

Your 3 Year Plan or 3 Year Highly Achievable Goal (3HAG) serves as a foundation that will shape your annual plan. In order to achieve your 3HAG, you need to choose your key differentiators.

If you started adding your differentiators to the Swimlanes component but only see one period or quarter, it means you have not yet added the periods for the next 3 years.

To Add Periods, this can be done easily from Swimlanes.

Select "Add Periods", as shown below.

From the Pop-up window, click 'Confirm'.

Once the periods are added, you will now have 12 Quarters.
