[Reviews Overview](https://metronome.help/reviews?hsLang=en#reviews-overview) # How to add a Review   Reviews uses all the information in the system and allows a formal evaluation process for your team that encourages them to reach their goals.   Reviews pull the sections from the Functions scorecard. If you would like to create custom topics for the Review, it is recommended to first make a Review Template where you can copy all sections from, including custom topics to Reuse over and over again so you don't have to add the custom topics each time. Next, if you created a 'Review Template' - select 'Copy section, score type, notes and custom topics from' (image: red box 2). From the drop-down arrow, select the 'Review Template' that you would like to copy. If you wish to add any further topics, scroll to the bottom of the Review and click 'Add Topic'.
