How do I add an Observer to a Meeting?

Meeting 'Observers' are those who are not actively participating in the Agenda. This is for team members who are invited to meetings and need visibility on what is happening but don't need to contribute.

 

To make a meeting attendee an 'Observer', this can be done from the 'Add Meeting' or from the 'Edit Meeting' pop-up window. First you must add the meeting 'Attendees', then next select the meeting 'Observers' from the drop-down arrow. This will remove them from all Agenda Items.
