In Metronome, you have the option to add letters to the colour statuses to support those who may have color blindness. As a reminder, the default status percentages are: - S = Super Green (when you are exceeding your target by at least 110%) - G = Green (when you have met your target and up to 109.99% achievement) - Y = Yellow (when you are within 10% of your target) - R = Red ( when you are more than 10% below your target) If you choose to manually update the color of your Metrics, reminder of our suggested criterion: - S = Super Green (Exceeding) - G = Green (On-track) - Y = Yellow (Chance of Missing) - R = Red (Will Not Achieve) #### How to add Colors to Statuses From the top right corner of your screen, select the **dropdown** by your name ![Screen Shot 2019-02-14 at 2.21.24 PM](https://metronome.help/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202019-02-14%20at%202.21.24%20PM.png?width=296&height=121&name=Screen%20Shot%202019-02-14%20at%202.21.24%20PM.png) From there, select **Account Details** ![Screen Shot 2019-02-14 at 2.21.36 PM](https://metronome.help/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202019-02-14%20at%202.21.36%20PM.png?width=316&height=185&name=Screen%20Shot%202019-02-14%20at%202.21.36%20PM.png) Scroll down the page, until you see **Accessibility** and select the check box to either apply or remove letters to the status colors.
