How do I set the Team View to Focus on one individual Function?

Did you know you can isolate one Function on the Team View? Here's how!

Setting Focus on the Team View

1. Go to your Team View
2. Select a Function that you want to isolate by double-clicking

• You will see the following box pop up where you can click Set Focus.

• Now you can see their direct reports.

Please note that in order to remove the Set Focus feature, you will need to double-click on the top-most Function to reset the view to its original state.

Why should I use the Set Focus feature?

When organizations grow in size, there are often many different reporting lines within the Team View. Using the Set Focus feature is a great way to isolate a reporting line to help understand the flow of direct reports or managers.
