In Metronome Growth Systems, Action Items are color-coded based on their due dates to help you quickly identify and prioritize tasks. Below is a breakdown of what each color represents: ### **Action Item Color Guide** - **Red – Past Due** - This color indicates that the action item is **overdue** and requires immediate attention. The due date has passed, and the task has not been completed. - **Teal – Due Today** - Action items due **today** will appear in teal. These are tasks that should be prioritized and completed before the day ends. - **Light Blue – This Week** - Tasks due within the **current week** are displayed in light blue. These items should be monitored and planned accordingly to ensure they are completed on time. - **Purple – Next Week** - Action items that are scheduled for **next week** will be highlighted in purple. While these tasks are not urgent, it is helpful to keep them in mind for upcoming planning. - **Grey – Later** - Any action items with a due date **more than one week away** are displayed in grey. These are lower-priority tasks that can be scheduled and managed accordingly as their due date approaches. ### **Why Color-Coding Matters** This color system allows you to visually assess task urgency at a glance, ensuring that overdue and immediate tasks are addressed first while keeping track of upcoming responsibilities.
