How do I set or update my billing & payment plan?

This article will help you enter your billing details and how to select the right payment plan!

To enter billing information, please go to the Subscription Page, then under the Billing tab enter your Billing Email Address and Credit Card information.

  • Once your Credit Card information and email address are entered on the Billing page, you may select the subscription plan you would like on the Payment Plan page.

Regardless of the Payment Plan you choose; you can add and remove users at any time. Any changes in Payment Plans will adjust based on whether you have a Monthly or Annual Plan and will be prorated down to the second.

 

When upgrading a plan, your account will be credited the prorated amount of the previous plan for the unused time and charged the prorated amount of the new plan. If you are switching from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, your account will be credited the prorated amount of the previous plan for the unused time and charge you the price of the yearly plan.

 

*Please note that if the frequency is monthly, then the amount due will simply be added to the upcoming invoice. If the frequency is yearly, then the amount due will be charged right away.
