How do I set or update my billing & payment plan?

This article will help you enter your billing details and how to select the right payment plan!

To enter billing information, please go to the Subscription Page, then under the Billing tab enter your Billing Email Address and Credit Card information.

  • Once your Credit Card information and email address are entered on the Billing page, you may select the subscription plan you would like on the Payment Plan page.

Adding or Removing Users

Regardless of the Payment Plan you choose, you can add and remove users at any time. Any changes in Payment Plans will adjust based on whether you have a Monthly or Annual Plan and will be prorated down to the second.

 

Upgrading a Plan

When upgrading:

  • Your account will be credited the prorated amount of the previous plan for any unused time.
  • You’ll be charged the prorated amount of the new plan.
  • If switching from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, your account will be credited for unused time on the monthly plan, and then charged for the yearly plan.

Please note:

  • If your billing frequency is monthly, the amount due will be added to the upcoming invoice.
  • If your billing frequency is yearly, the amount due will be charged immediately.

 

Downgrading a Plan

If you downgrade your plan:

  • The changes will take effect immediately.
  • You’ll be credited the prorated amount of the higher plan for any unused time.
  • Your new plan rate will be applied moving forward, with adjustments reflected in your next invoice (monthly) or immediately (yearly).

 

Viewing Pricing

To view pricing, go to the Company Pricing tab.

When you pay annually, you get 2 months free. Changes to billing type does not affect the billing date.
