Any changes in Payment Plans will adjust based on whether you have a Monthly or Annual Plan and will be prorated down to the second.   **Upgrading a Plan** When upgrading: - Your account will be credited the prorated amount of the previous plan for any unused time. - You’ll be charged the prorated amount of the new plan. - If switching from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, your account will be credited for unused time on the monthly plan, and then charged for the yearly plan. *Please note:* - If your billing frequency is **monthly**, the amount due will be added to the upcoming invoice. - If your billing frequency is **yearly**, the amount due will be charged immediately.   **Downgrading a Plan** If you downgrade your plan: - The changes will take effect immediately. - You’ll be credited the prorated amount of the higher plan for any unused time. - Your new plan rate will be applied moving forward, with adjustments reflected in your next invoice (monthly) or immediately (yearly).   **Viewing Pricing** To view pricing, go to the **Company Pricing** tab.
