How do I create an anonymous review?
The review should be marked as 'Private' first, in order to make it anonymous.
When team members are scoring the reviewee, it should be marked “Unlocked” and “Private”, as shown in the image below.
The unlocked allows reviewers to score the reviewee and “Private” does not let anyone (other than the organizer and those with Admin access) see the scores.
Once everyone has put in their scores, the organizer should change to “locked” and “anonymous”. That will show the notes and scores but not tie them to the reviewer.
