How do I change the parent Priority of a Sub-Priority?

To change the parent Priority, first click on the sub-priority (it will highlight green) that you would like to update.

Next on the right, scroll down to the Parent Priority box and click on the pencil to bring up a drop-down arrow. Click on the drop-down arrow for the list menu to remove or change the parent priority.
