[Managing my Companies](https://metronome.help/setting-up-a-coach-account?hsLang=en#managing-my-companies) # How do I add an existing Company to my Coach account? ## This article will show you how to add a Company that already exists within Metronome to your Coach account! ### Step 1: Invited to Prospective Company Account 1. To link an existing company to your coach subscription, you will first need to be added as a Coach within that Company. 2. Any Admin or Assistant within the prospective Company must invite you to their Company and provide you with Coach permission levels. 3. You will receive an email confirming you've been added to their Company. ### Step 2: Navigate to the Company’s Subscription Page 1. Once you've been added to the prospective Company, you will see them listed in your **My Companies **page. 2. Go to your Coach Company account and access the **My Companies** page. 3. Select the company you wish to link from the list or use the drop-down arrow next to the company logo in the upper-left corner to find the company. 4. Once on the company’s page, go to their Company **Subscription** page. ### Step 3: Link the Company to Your Subscription 1. In the **Subscription** section, go to the **Payment Plan** tab. 2. Scroll down to **Coach Managed Subscription**. 3. Click **LINK** and then confirm your selection. ### Step 4: Verify the Link - After linking, the company will appear on your Coach **Subscription** page alongside all other companies managed under your subscription pool. ### Note: You must be a coach to link a company.
