How do Company Metrics relate to their linked Metrics?

If a parent metric is a company metric, then the children will show as company metrics too.  

You will notice this is the same way Quarterly Priorities are set up. 

If you do pull company metrics into a meeting, only the parent will show unless you click on the chevron to expand and show all the children.
