Coach Plan

The Coach Plan supports coaches and the companies they coach by providing a:

  • set of tools that can seamlessly integrate into company meetings. Once the tool kit is created in the Coach's company, the coach can add the tools to the company meeting using the agenda item Coach Plan Tools.

  • "parking lot" functionality. The Coach Plan acts as a log where coaches can keep track of the tools that have been used, including the context and timing of their application. This allows the coach to review, and assess their impact, and plan future actions accordingly in the company they are coaching.
