# Coach Plan

 

### Coach Plan: Empowering Coaches and Companies

The Coach Plan supports coaches and the companies they work with by offering:

1. **Seamless Tool Integration** Coaches can create a toolkit within their coaching company to add directly to client meetings using the agenda item "Coach Plan Tools."
2. **"Parking Lot" Functionality** The Coach Plan serves as a log to track tools used, their context, and timing. This feature enables coaches to review past actions, evaluate their impact, and plan future activities effectively.

**How to Create a Coach Plan Tool Kit to Share Across the Companies You Coach**

1. **Access Your Coaching Company** Log in to Metronome software and select **Coach Plan** from the left-side panel. (image: red box)

2. **Open the Drop-Down Menu** Use the drop-down menu to:   
   a. View all tools, including global pre-loaded tools and coach-created tools.   
   b. Add a **Company Tool List**.   
   c. Add a **Template Tool List** (a customizable toolkit template).

3. **Create a Template Tool List**   
   a. From the drop-down menu, select **+ Add Template Tool List**.   
   b. In the pop-up window, name your template and save it.

4. **Edit the Tool List**   
   a. Click the three dots next to your newly created template and select **Edit Tool List**.

   c. Use the four-point icon to drag tools.

**Parking Lot Feature to Log what was Worked On in the Meetings for the Companies You Coach**

Once you've created your Template Tool Lists in your coaching company:

1. **Set Up Meetings**   
   a. Navigate to the company you are coaching.   
   b. Select **Coach Plan** from the left-side panel.   
   c. Click **+ Add Meeting** in the top-right corner and complete the meeting setup.   
   d. Select **Show on Coach Plan** to document the meeting's agenda and tools.

2. **Review Meetings**   
   a. The meeting will appear on the Coach Plan page. Navigate to the date of the meeting using the top-right arrow.   
   b. Select the **Template Tool List** drop-down menu to choose tools for the meeting.

3. **Drag and Drop Tools**   
   a. Drag tools from your template into the meeting agenda.   
   b. If templates are not set up in advance, you can drag tools directly from the complete tool list.

### Integrating Coach Plan Tools into Meeting Agendas

1. **Add Coach Plan Tools to the Agenda**   
   a. From the company's **Meeting** page, select the meeting drop-down menu.   
   b. Navigate to **Add Agenda Items** and choose **Coach Plan Tools**.

2. **Engage During the Meeting**   
   a. Tools added to the agenda can be discussed, and notes can be taken during or after the meeting.   
   b. Tools and notes are shared with attendees.

3. **Log Private Coach Notes**   
   a. Use the **Coach Notes** section in the left-side panel to document private reflections and plan future actions.
