How to create or switch a One Page Plan Template.

When it comes to One Page Plan templates, the best practice is to always save your existing One Page Plan once you are happy with the way it is set up.

 

Creating a Template

To create a template, select '...More' in the upper right corner.

From the drop-down menu, select 'Save as Template'.

From the Create New Template pop-up window, you can name your template by Period or type in the name you wish and click Save.

Now that you've Saved your existing One Page Plan as a Template, you will need to Delete the existing One Page Plan and add a new Template.

To Delete the existing One Page Plan, select '...More' in the upper right corner and click Delete One Page Plan.

Now you will have a blank canvas again. Select Add Plan.

On the Add Plan pop-up window, select your desired template from the drop-down menu.

Parts of the One Page Plan will auto-populate from Metrics, Quarterly Priorities and the Rolling Metrics pages. The Core Values previously entered will auto-populate as well into the One Page Plan.

The other components, you will need to copy and paste from the template that you saved

 

How to switch between Templates

To review other templates that are available, select '...More' in the upper right corner.

Next, from the drop-down menu select 'Templates'.

From here, you will see the available Global Templates and any saved Templates that you have already created. Click on any Template to view it's layout.

To Return to your original One Page Plan, select 'Return To One Page Plan' in the upper right corner.
