How can I automatically set an auto-status to all new Metrics and Priorities?

When first setting up a Company in Metronome, you may want to ensure that all of your Metrics and Priorities will automatically have their statuses updated based on their performance.

To apply an Auto Set Status for all new Metrics and Quarterly Priorities:

1. Navigate to the Company Settings page.
2. Toggle the Quarterly Priorities and Metrics Auto Set Statuses.
3. To keep your changes, click SAVE in the bottom right corner.

• Once your company is set up and your team is ramped in the software, we suggest manually setting statuses.
• Not only does this allow for outside context that the software many not be able to take into account, but it will also encourage a high level of accountability.
• Manually setting colors is a conscious and intentional decision which will require team members to think more strategically and what needs to be communicated to the rest of the team!
