Setting up Action Items for Multiple Team Members is quick and easy!
Creating Multiple Action Items
When creating a new Action Item, follow these steps to assign it to multiple team members:
- Click Add Action Item to create a new task.
- In the Action Item Owner field, select all the team members who need to receive the task from the drop down.
- Once assigned, each selected team member will receive an individual copy of the Action Item to complete.
This ensures accountability while keeping tasks organized for each team member!
