Creating Multiple Action Items

When creating a new Action Item, follow these steps to assign it to multiple team members:

  1. Click Add Action Item to create a new task.
  2. In the Action Item Owner field, select all the team members who need to receive the task from the drop down.
  3. Once assigned, each selected team member will receive an individual copy of the Action Item to complete.
