What are the different types of Agenda Items for my Meetings?

The best place to start in creating a meeting is from a Meeting Template. Use the meeting template as a framework for your meeting, then further customize to suit you meeting rhythm by adding any additional Agenda Items. There are 8 types to choose from.

 

Question: Ask the attendees or offer them the ability to comment on a topic. This gives a bubble for attendees to fill-in. Title is editable. Options to filter in this type are: Group by Team member filter - only select this option if there are attendees that you do not want to answer a specific question.

 

Topic: Simple agenda item. This type is reserved for Admins and Meeting Admins (to make attendees Meeting Admin - go to More upper right corner, select Edit Meeting and add attendees to Meeting Admin). Title is editable. Reset every meeting occurrence or not. Title is editable.

 

Priority Search: Performs search of priorities in the current quarter as of the date of the meeting. Title is editable - for example ‘Marking Function Q3 Priorities’. Options to filter in this type are by: Status Colour. Text Filter - use text from the title of the Priority. Show Company Priorities only or not. Tags Filter. Filter by Attendees. Show Hierarchy - Priority with Roll-up of Sub-priorities.

 

Metric Search: Performs search of Metrics in the current quarter as of the date of the meeting. Title is editable - for example ‘Marking Metrics Review’. Options to filter in this type are by: Status Colour. Text Filter - use text from the title of the Metric. Frequency - the frequency is created in the Metric properties. Frequency is how the actuals are entered Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly. Show Company Metrics only or not. Tags Filter. Show Previous Interval - shows most recent completed interval. For example previous week for Weekly frequency. Filter by Attendees.

 

Outstanding Action Items - list all non-completed items related to this meeting. Title is editable.

 

Priority related Action Items – list action items related to the current period’s priorities.

Title is editable. Options to filter in this type are by: Text filter - use text from the title of the Priority. Tags filter. Hide completed. Due in the next __ days.

 

Stuck Action Items Search – list team member’s stuck action items.

Title is editable. Options to filter in this type are: Group by Blocking Team Member or Stuck Team Member. Filter by Attendees. Stuck Action Items - will show across all meeting that an Attendee is in.

 

Completed Action Items – list all action items completed in the last X days.

Title is editable. Options to filter in this type are by: Text Filter - use text from the title of the Action Item. Filter by Attendees. Completed in the last __ days.

 

Checklist – Custom Checklist, ideal for Parking Lot items or Level 10 IDS.

Title is editable. Reset every meeting occurrence or not.
