How do I add privacy to Action Items?

Action items can either be made private, public or inherit from a meeting or a priority. 

 

By default, Action Items created from the Daily Dashboard and from the Action Items pages are private while those created under a meeting or a priority will inherit their privacy from the related entity.

 

You can change this at anytime via the Action Item settings, where the option to make it public for everyone to see will also be available.

 

Daily Dashboard and Action Items pages: Action Items created here, the default is for Action Items to be  'Private'. You can edit to add to privacy list or edit to make  'Public' from the Settings Wheel.

From the Action Item settings, you will get a pop-up window to change Privacy, from 'Private' to 'Public'. When set to Private, you will have the option to add to the privacy list.

When reviewing Action Items:

'Private' Action Items will have the Lock Icon below the Action Item with the list of team members on the privacy list.

'Public' Action Items will have the Globe Icon below the Action Item with the word Public next to it.
