Action Items in different meetings

 

Using Tags, allows you to pull Action Items across different meetings.

To add Tags to Action Items, click on the wheel setting in the Action Item.

From the pop-up window, under Tags - type the Tag. If the tag already exists, it will come up as a choice to add.

Once you've added Tags to the Action Items, they will be searchable in Meetings using the agenda item 'Action Items Search'.

From the pop-up window, under Tags, select your tag you wish to use to pull the Action Items into the meeting. Using Tags, allows you to pull Action Items across different meetings.

Once Tags are applied:

  • You will see listed in the top right corner of the Agenda, the filters and Tags being used.
  • You will see the Tags used below the Action Item.

Please note: Action Items with Tags and a Privacy set-up, the Actions Items will only pull into a meeting, if all the meeting attendees are the same as the Action Item privacy list.
