Action Items

Action Items by default are private, so when created from the Daily Dashboard or the Action Items page (on the side panel), only the owner of the Action Item (and those with Admin access) will see it.

If an Action Item is created in a Meeting, it is tied to that meeting and all team members invited to that meeting will be able to see it in the Meeting.

Action Items are tied to a single Meeting, so if they are created in one Meeting they will not be seen in another (unless it is a recurring meeting).

Similarly, if an Action Item is created in a Priority, all those with access to the Priority will be able to see the Action Item.

You are able to see Action Items tied to a Priority in the Meetings when those Priorities are brought in using the 'Priority related action items' agenda item.
