360 Review Assessment

Using Reviews, you are able to create a 360 degree Assessment using all the data stored in Metronome.

From the Reviews page, click Add Review in the upper right corner.

From the pop-up window, Select the Reviewee and select all the Reviewers from the drop-down arrow.

For Lock and Score Privacy, set to Manual. You may lock the review at any time. Once the Review has been saved, the Score and note privacy may be Shared, Anonymous or Private from the Review page.

Be sure to include the Score Type and in the Notes section, define what the score means.

The Review can be set-up Anonymous where scores and notes are shared however the author is hidden. This is done from the Review Page once the Review has been created and saved.
